Natural things not clothing, attitude, spirit...

Premature aging:

Stress, alcohol, cigarettes/cigars, coffee...

Things that will keep you looking young:

Tea, moisturizing, right amount of sleep...

...and also look like a tool.

Single malt scotch will keep you young, exorbitant health insurance will make you old (at the expense of trying to stay young).

Things that will age you:

1. The sun is your skin's worst enemy- trust me on that. I drink and smoke casually and at 43, I still don't have a wrinkle. But I have worn sunscreen since I was 18 years old.

2. Having kids will age you too.

Things that will keep you in good shape:

1. Exercise, and lots of it!
2. Sunscreen every day
3. Getting laid- as someone else said :)
4. Eating well- eat as much fresh food as you can, including fruits and vegetables. And have completely vegan meals for one day once a week- more if you like.
5. Juices-like orange, pomegranate and black raspberry

For a long time I've looked about five years older than I am. It was awesome when I was 13 but as I get closer to 30, not so much. Fortunately my supermodel hair is still as fabulous as when I was in high school, long after my longhair contemporaries fell to the scourge of thinning locks and hid behind the empty promise of a bic razor.

What strength of sunscreen do you use? I use moisturizer with spf 15 daily but am starting to think maybe it's not enough, as I'm outdoors and on water most of the time.
The getting laid keeps you youthful. The other person involved ages you. So it's kind of a wash.
lol! :p

I use spf 15, but I'm in an office most of the day. You should probably move to 30.

And you are also in Chicago where the sun is out maybe 2 times a year.

Personally, I like the sun and getting tan. But I know another way to keep yourself looking young: being born that way.

Seriously, I'm 21 but I could pass for 13. It sucks, but I know in 20 years, it will benefit me.

The sun is out quite a lot in Chicago. It's been quite warm here lately- we've even had some 80 degree days already. Summer here gets quite hot and sunny, meaning 90+ and humid. We even have beaches. ;)

And trust me- keep going out and tanning, and that baby face will look old fast. Opt for some spray on tanner instead. It's faster and healthier.
