From first to sell out to last to sell out; bonus points if you can guess when they go

I'm guessing: 2 - 3 - 1
I'm betting 2 will be gone in 18 hours

I believe #3 was mine. Returned one just like it maybe 10-14 days ago. Seems like a lemon. I tried to use it for pro audio to play instruments at low latency. My 2011 MBP did this fine on Yosemite, though the fans whined. The 2015 couldn't handle the load no matter what I tried. I thought it might be Sierra. I bought a new 2014 and with Sierra it runs what I need without a problem. Seems to point to a lemon although the hardware tested fine. Good luck to whoever buys it.

#1 is by far the smart buy, since you can still upgrade the SSDs there and the dGPU sucks anyway.

It is not really practical to upgrade the m.2 proprietary SSD in the 2015 after the fact. The only 3rd party solution (OWC) that may work maxes out at around 0.5 GB/sec vs. 1.5 GB/sec for the factory part. So you need to find a used drive from a 2015 rMBP on eBay or find a shop that will order you one.

Wow, owc were really ripping people off

My guess would be 2-1-3. A 256GB SSD just doesn't cut it in 2017, any more than a 16GB iPhone does, imo.

too bad I don't have it in the country I live now. Only Apple Stores no refurbished officially offered and the local trading websites are full of cheating. eBay & Amazon.com stocks brings risks for returning. Return import fess will be charged for USA.

1,2,3 because people looking at refurbs frequently do so because of the price savings. I'd say the lowest will go first, then the next lowest etc.

It's the same here, I had to get my sister to bring me a BTO 15" from the USA.

2-3-1.

There are probably a lot fewer of the upper end models, which seem to be the most sought after.

I'd take #3 over anything else Apple currently offers.
