The letter 0 0n the keyb0ard is n0t w0rking. I rem0ved the cap and the r0cker. Tried pressing the flexible part but still w0n't register the letter 0. Surr0unding letter and numbers 0n the keyb0ard w0rk 0k. What sh0uld I d0 next?

Is it a MacBook or an iMac. If its a MacBook you will need to take it to apple to fix. Sounds like there may have been a spillage?
If its a desktop, just get a new keyboard.

That falls under the heading of "If you have to ask..." :D

But, as long as you're careful not to do additional damage beyond the keyboard, your final repair bill from Apple shouldn't be any higher than if you don't try the repair on your own.

Try cleaning it out, but it may be a short circuit and there's nothing you can do.
