leveraging iPhone Doc for phone calls

I have the iPhone connected to my car, and a separate Blue Tooth device.
When I make a phone call, I have three options for audio output, speakers, blue tooth and internal speaker on the phone.
For example, if I launch Skype I can re route the audio output to my car speakers through the doc, and the mic using my blue tooth device.

I can't for the life of me channel the audio out on the iPhone through the doc connector.
Is there a way to do it?
