Lexmark c510n Color Laser Printer?

I'm getting ready to buy a small workgroup color laser printer. After looking at the competition in this category, I'm leaning towards the Lexmark c510n. I've never owned any Lexmark products before, so I'm wondering whether anyone has any experiences (good or bad) with their laser printers.

I have not heard good reports from anybody who uses Lexmarks. One company says they have actually given the Lexmark repairman his own coffee mug, he's there so often. Lexmark are notorious in inkjets for having the highest ink costs.
