I have a lexmark x73 all in one printer hooked up to a dell in our office and the computer is attached to our home network, how do I print off that printer from my macbook pro???

Well, we can probably only help you so far. Apple has an article on how to connect to a printer on a PC that's set to be shared via SMB or CIFS. However, you have the added variable of being remotely connected to your office network. You may need to show this article to your office's IT admin to see what they make of it and how they can help you access it.
