Lexmark x1180 and 10.6

Hi People,

I have a Lexmark x1180 that is scanning fine to my system but not printing. It worked under 10.5 but is not responding now.

I have read that they have ditched support. Are there any work arounds??

.....before I chuck it out the window......

The Lexmark x1180 has not had manufacturer support for the Mac since MacOS X 10.3. It is not even listed in the Linux Foundation's OpenPrinting project database.
