Lexmark X3470 All-In-One

I'm in need of a printer and I don't really feel like spending a lot of money. I saw a Lexmark x3470 at Compusa for $39.99 and it seems like a good deal, but I saw a couple of places say that is isn't compatible with OSX. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

You should check the Lexmark page, but a lot of their hardware isn't compatible.

Even if it is, I wouldn't suggest it because of their standing on ink.
