I just got the Lexmark x6570 all-in-one printer/scanner/fax/copier. Everything works fine except that when I want to scan a text document into an editable form (MS Word), it doesn't do it properly. I can get the scanned document into my Macbook, and view it with Preview, but I can't edit the document. When I tell it to scan into MS Word, the text no longer appears in a readable format. Does anyone have any ideas what to do? Thanks.
