LG has 3 25" 2560x1080 monitors. I have looked for differences between them and it seemed that it came down to ports and speakers.

25UM55P no dvi, 2 hdmi, 1 DP. no speakers
25UM64S 1 dvi, 2 hdmi, 1 dp. speakers
25UM65P 1dvi, 2 hdmi, 1 dp. speakers.

I went with the 55P because it's slightly cheaper, I don't need speakers, and B&H had one in stock while the 64s has a 7 day shipping estimate.

I downloaded the manuals last night and found a more comprehensive listing of the specs there than on the website and one spec jumped out at me.

UM64/65
"63.5 cm TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Screen Diagonal length of the screen: 63.5 cm 25" class (25" / 63.5 cm diagonal)" with a pixel pitch of "0.2286 mm x 0.2286 mm"

UM55:
"64 cm TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Screen Diagonal length of the screen: 64 cm" with a pixel pitch of "0.2325 mm x 0.2325 mm"

That looks like a different panel, no?

Can anyone with a 25UM64/64 shed some light on this?
