Lg 27ud58 vs Dell 2713hm

I currently have the Dell 2713hm. Love it for the size and resolution. Would I see a big upgrade by going with the LG 27ud58? The only thing that I can see that might be a problem is the lower brightness on the LG.

Thoughts?
