LG 34UM95 and early 2011 13 MBP

I was wandering if my MacBook Pro had enough power to run LG's new 34UM95. I know that Apple's tech specs for my laptop say that the max res is 2560x1600 but I saw that someone got a white macbook to run it at full res at 60 Herz.

FYI my machine has the following specs..

Intel Core i7 2.7ghz
8GB Ram
128GB SSD
Intel HD 3000 Graphics
