LG 5k is not running at 5K, why?

Hi,

I've got the M1 MacBook Air with LG 5k 27 inch screen, connected them with the Thunderbolt cable that came with the display (there also was a USB-C cable). For some reason it's not running at 5K, what I see in details is:
