LG external monitor not detected after sleep - MBP 13" 2020

I have a LG 4K monitor connected via display port to my new MacBook Pro 13" (2020). Very often, when waking the MacBook up from sleep, the external monitor doesn't get detected. Only restarting the MacBook fixes this. Any ideas for a proper solution?
