LG Ultrafine 4k monitor troubles with OS 13

Anyone else having issues with their monitor with the upgrade to OS 13? While it connects and displays, and I can move the cursor around, the cursor has no effect on the windows. I checked and there seems to be no LG software update for the monitor, at least not yet.

I'm on an LG 24MD4KL monitor with a NcMP 7,1 and a Gigabyte RX6800XT GPU. I have no issues.

I did. And I've reported the issue to Apple's Feedback Assistant.
