libactivator package missing..?

Hey guys,
I have no idea what this is (basic user here)
I just jb 5.0.1 with redsnow_win_0.9.10b3.

I only added the following two repos:
-repo.bingner.com
-rpetri.ch/repo

I went to install SBSettings and got this from cydia.
I am getting this msg for everything; winterboard, fake carrier, five icon dock...etc



any idea what this means? i can't install anything..
