Liberty City Cloud Issues

Hi there,
I use an iPhone 6 but my 100% game save is on my older iPhone 5. It isn't backing up with the GTA cloud so I emailed them. They said iCloud should be backing it up and it isn't so I can't access it on my iPhone 6. Can any of you help me? Backup is turned on on the iPhone 5 ( where the 100% *\ saved) also add it is on iOS 8
GTA 3 and vice show up but liberty City won't even show on the cloud? Please help before the 5 dies and I lose it. I know apple screwed us so I can't transfer it now via file transfer

If you save locally and backup your phone, restore the backup to the new phone your save will be copied. I've been having issues with iCloud saves working since iOS 10 launched. San Andreas runs fine but iCloud save won't pull over to my iPad even though the iPhone says it's on iCloud and can load it no problem.
