Hi
I recently updated to Catalina from Macos X about (2 weeks ago). I just noticed that my library folder says "everyone" has read access and that it was modified on August 12th about a week ago. I didn't modify anything and not sure why it says everyone can read the library folder instead of it being "no access"
When i try and change it no access it says it cannot complete the operation because i don't have the authority. I am the admin of the computer and it's not being used or shared by anyone else. Is this normal for a library folder to say read only by everyone. When i'm the only person that uses this computer? What exactly does everyone mean? I'm worried my folders are being shared. I can attach a screenshot if this helps. Thanks

EDIT I think this library folder is a system folder.
