libtls1.50.dylib is in use...?

I have just downloaded the new version of aMSN, so I dumped the old one in the trash and dropped this into the apps folder. All worked smoothly. However, when I try to empty the trash, the old version cannot be deleted (even when the new version isn't in use) - this is the dialogue box:

"The operation cannot be completed because the item "libst1.50.dylib" is in use" [[Stop]] [[Continue]]

This is probably some really basic thing but can anyone help?!

Try restarting and then emptying the Trash again.
