License problem about Lion

As I downloaded the Lion from the apps store, I transferred the update application to my USB stick.

So can I use the update apps in my USB stick to install lion on several computers in my home? Will that be a problem with license?

Apple's OSes have never had a Serial and there would never know how many machines are running a copy from you. During the keynote they said you could buy once and install on all your machines. They never said any limit to those numbers.

No, you only need it if you reinstall from the recovery partition.
