Licensing musing for in an app use.

I didnt know where to ask that question but Ill try here.

I am got and awesome idea for an ios/mac app, this app needs to use music tracks within the game, sort like a tap tap or guitar hero.

I got no clue where to start or who shell I contact if I would like to do so.

Any help would be appreciated.
