Can somebody please report if the actual physical lid opening angle has been increased or decreased in the new MacBooks?
It was an annoyingly small angle on the MBP, not so bad on the MB - how are the new models doing?

It's about 130 degrees I believe (the angle you can open the lid). It's mentioned somewhere in the users' guide or something.

I was hoping for 140 or 150 degrees :( It's still a major improvement over the MBP that I have which is 120 max I think.

went to the store to check it out...

Thanks for your replies.
Here is an image of the actual angle (somewhere around 137 degrees)

I haven't measured, but based on my usage while lying on the couch with it on my knees, it definitely seems to open wider than my 2007 MacBook.
