Lifeproof and docking 4S in case

I have a Radtech adapter but it's a PITA to carry around and I'm sure I'll lose it at some point. I'm looking for a simple alarm/docking station with decent sound, kind of like this Philips:

They state this will work with any case....has anyone with a Lifeproof case tried this, or found any similar docking station that will work without an adapter?

Just by looking at it I highly doubt it. My car charger wouldn't work with my life proof case. The water proof door plus the size of the opening for the oem charger will block most accessories.
