LifeProof NÜÜD for iPHONE 6 Plus

Does this case still have issues with the two plastic pronges on the charger door that keeps breaking off?

Also, I read there were sound issues were the other person could not make out what you were saying using this case.

Are these two issues still relevant?

Yes, I'm on my 4th Nüüd case right now. I also switched colors too (black>white) to see if there's any material differences.
Also, if you buy one and they break, you can keep calling their customer service and they will honor their warranty and send one out pretty quick.

How about the muffled sound issue? Is that also re-occurring?
 
I also went threw 3 cases. This case is the worst one lifeproof ever made. I recently changed from a iPhone 6 plus to an iPhone 6. Yesterday I bought the lifeproof fre power from best buy. I must say this is by far the best lifeproof ever ! The only problem is the rainbow affect on the screen. But everything else is amazing. They even have speaker ports on the back instead of the sound going threw the back cover. The phone is also crystal clear on phone calls. I've had almost every lifeproof for the iPhone and this one takes the cake. Simply amazing !!!!

Well then they need to make and FRE for the 6 Plus then.

So I suppose if you pick up a LifeProof for the 6 Plus you have to expect exchanging multiple cases due to their design flaw on the charging port flap. Disheartening.
 
I ditched the Nuud on my 6 Plus after the third replacement and with how muffled it made the phone sound.

What's funny?? I looked on their website and they are making a frē case for the 6S plus!!
I love Lifeproof but damn it, they are backwards.
If this 4th one breaks, I'm gonna demand my $$ back.
 
I just purchased the Nuud for the 6 Plus a few weeks ago and I'm already on my second one. This replacement is much better than the one I had previously. The only issue I have now is that I thought that the current Nuud would be compatible with the 6s Plus if i decided to upgrade. But it looks like LifeProof will have an updated Nuud and a new Fre for the 6s Plus.

From the sounds of it, it's of 'when' and not 'if' it breaks.

I find it odd they just dont fix the issue. I guess it's cheaper to keep dishing out replacements rather than addressing the issue outright.
 
Not that I found. I gave up with them and switched to the Defender. It actually has been a much better case minus the screen protector. I am willing to sacrifice waterproofing for being able to use the speaker phone and hear incoming calls and texts
 
A pity, would of been nice to try out aside from the two glaring issues that doesn't appear to be addressed in the near future.
