Lift and stamp with Photos app?

Just updated to Seqoia from Big Sur and now Aperture no longer works, so now learning Photos app. Is there a way to lift and stamp in Photos like we could with Aperture? I see a menu item "Copy Edits" but it's greyed out.

One program that does that is Pixelmator Pro: it has been acquired by Apple very recently but it's not working in Photos yet.(Photos BTW is not the best) If you have Pixelmator Pro extension it works - you need the program itself installed though - Pixelmator Pro calls it “Copy or Paste adjustments ”

BTW “Copy Edits” works if you edit your photo using the default edits in Photos
Less powerful than Pixelmator Pro of course
