iPod touch Light leakage...what can I do?

I bought the 32GB iPod Touch 4th Gen for my sis and I noticed that the unit has light leaking between the screen and the side. I myself have had an iPhone 3G and the now the 4 with no issues. It's pretty bad that you can see it in normal situations.

I bought it at FutureShop (Canada) during Black Friday (10% off). Should I call Apple-Care to ship me a new one or should I return it in store an get another one with the discount if possible?

since you recentlly bought it, it should still be under applecare, its worth a try.
