Light Leaks, Cracked Cases etc...

Hi All,

Can anyone report if the light leak and protruding screen flaws are still appearing in the current batch of 3G iPhones?

Even if they are few and far between, I'm holding off buying until these issues have been ironed out of the manufacturing process.

I got my white 3G on Friday, and it's a week 29 build. I don't have either of those problems.

Yes, many reports of the light leak problem even on the newest batch. Some people even reported having light leaks on the 2G right up to the end of its production, so I don't think the problem is going anywhere. Either get one, and if you have the problem, fix it (very easy to do), or risk waiting forever for a flawless iPhone.
