Light Menubar, Dark Dock

Howdy all! I've been using a little applescript on all of my Macs for several years now to enable the dock to be dark while the menus are light. I think it looks lovely, but my research for High Sierra indicates that this is no longer possible; can anyone confirm, and potentially offer any suggestions for a fix? I use "Cdock" latest version is 0.12.4, available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cdock/
Try the transparent dock, which should give you something very similar, if not better, than what you are using now.
Works fine with the latest macOS.
