Be sure to purchase the right lightening adapter for your iPhone 5. I mistakenly purchased the version of the adapter without the cord. The problem is, I can't plug it into my iPhone when the case is on the phone. And my case is kinda hard to get on and off. The version that has the cord should work fine for me since I've been able to charge my phone fine with the case on. So after waiting weeks, I've ordered the other version and will work on returning the little one.

Don't you mean lightning adapter? A lightening adapter is trading in a black phone for a white one.

Just wanted to say thanks for pointing this out. I didn't even think about the adapter and a case on the phone!

I was able to change my order to get the cable version instead of the straight adapter.

I think I'm going to be in the same predicament as you first were. I ordered the adapter which I'm not sure will work with my case either. Alas k:eek:
