Lightening Headphone Use

Hey. I use my lightening earpods with my iphone 7 all the time and it has been pretty annoying lately. Sometimes the iPhone doesn't recognize that I clicked the headphone remote button and sometimes it will play nothing to the headphones.

I've had this happen with two different pairs of lightening earpods. Anyone else having this?

I haven't had that issue, but it is very possible that you've just had bad enough luck to have two pairs of earphones fail on you. Do you have another phone available to test them with and see if they have the same problem there to rule out any potential issues with your phone?
