Lighting-to-USB Cables in Stores Already?

I was curious if anyone knew if the lighting/usb cable was already available for purchase in stores since they are now showing up online as not shipping until October. It would be a pain having to carry the cable with me from my home, to my car, to my office and back for the next month.
