Lightning Cable with Speck Candyshell Case

Hi,

I have a brand new Speck CandyShell case I will be using with my new 5S when I order it next friday, the case is for the 5 but I am guessing it will fit fine, the camera cutout seems to be big enough to accommodate the new due flash.

Anyway I am wondering if anyone has used this case with a Belkin Lightning cable? I am looking at getting the cable linked below but want to make sure the Lightning Connector will fit in the cutout on the bottom of the case? Is the Belkin connector the same size as the genuine Apple one?

Anyone know of a long lightning cable that will work with most cases?

So, if the sizes of the above are the same, then yes it will fit....the candy shell could be a little bit tighter tho, not sure!

These cables are far better than the apple ones too!

Just an update, popped into an Apple Store and purchased this:

It fits with the case on no problems, but after looking at the reviews on the apple site I'm not holding up much hope for reliability, anyone using this cable?

Hoping the reviews were from a dodgy batch

I did look at the Amazon Basics cable but I don't think 1.8m will be long enough for my needs the socket I have to use in our bedroom to just that little but too far away.

As you can see from the attachment the incase cable fits perfectly in the speck case and is 3m long so perfect. Im just really worried about the reviews here:

Time will tell I guess. I just need the iPhone 5S now to test the cable which I will be ordering at 12:01am (UK Time) on Friday
