Lightning dock recommendations?

I’d like to get a dock this time, with the following wants:
  • Capable of data transfer with Mac/PC
  • Can slot a phone with the case on (Imagine something like the Apple clear plastic MagSafe case here)
  • Can physically support the 14 Pro Max
  • (Preferably) removable USB cable
Is the Apple dock still the one to get? Or are there better alternatives?
 
I’ve had the Apple one sitting on a desk for years. Solid quality, good weight and has held up nicely over time.
