Hi

I've got a JBL lightning audio player (one of the original ones, which I believe came out when the iPhone 5 did) - I think it's the onBeat micro dock.

For the last few years I've had apple official cases, so the iPhone has just slotted into the lightning port on the dock itself

I've today just upgraded my silicon iPhone 7 case as it was getting very battered, and purchased the speck presidio clear case (phenomenal case I must say) - and with the bottom of the case being closed off, I can't slip the phone on the dock now

Is there such a thing as a lightning male to female cable that I can put in the bottom of my phone into the lightning dock on the JBL audio player and for it to work?

After a quick look online I've seen a cable but it only says it's a "charging cable to extent the length of a lightning cable"

Hope people understand what I mean!

Many thanks
