Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter on iPhone 6/s: Audio Quality?

I would like to know if the audio quality with headphones on my iPhone 6 is better with this adapter than with the 3.5 jack then the cable has an DAC.

I looked into this and after checking out a few articles came to the conclusion that the headphone jack is the best way ATM compared to using the Apple
DAC/Dingle but if you are willing to buy a good quality DAC/Dongle/amplifier and use/stream music files above CD quality then it’s possible to get better audio quality.
