Lightning to 30-pin Adapter with Analog Audio

Has anyone seen or heard of it being made?

The Lightning port is pure digital, so there will no audio on it, but a wider connector could have a headphone jack built into it.

Most cars have a audio + USB cable for iPhone connection, and having the other end being the a Audio + Lighting just make sense ?

Thoughts?
