Does anyone know if there are any lightning to usb-c and micro usb adapters that allows me to use my iphone charger and iphone lightning cable to charge my usb-c and micro usb device?

Lightning to Micro USB and USB-C adapters out there?

I have used this:
I use USB-A to USB-C cable then convert to lightning, for using with usb-A power bank and anker 6 port wall charger:
The only issue I had was that the plug is bigger than a standard USB, so I had to cut a bit of the case lighting port hole bigger for my lightning devices to work with the adapter.
I use this cable with both a USB-C iPad Pro, and lighting devices for work purposes, so I have the adapter connected to a tether to allow me to not swap between multiple cable types in the cockpit.
