Lightning to USB-C cables in Europe

Are there any other manufacturers out there who make lightning to USB-C cables and are MFI certified? I cannot find any store selling these. Overtime I search the original Apple cable pops up, but I find it too overpriced at 25 euro for a 1 m long cable (it's the discounted price I believe).

Curious to see where EU people have bought their cables. I cannot be the only one looking for one, right?

No. Only Apple makes a USB-C to Lightning cable, as per https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204566.

I won't bore you with the details, the but the USB-C to Lightning cable is pretty complex inside. Still overpriced, but it isn't a rip off.
