Has anyone heard if this technology was discussed at the CES? One of my chief complaints is data transfer to an external device.

I'm hopeful Apple announces this on a MBP soon. We need this technology to arrive sooner rather than later.

Sounds like it's ready but I haven't heard anything about its release yet. The key question is when does the production start. Intel said late 2011 release in IDF 2010 but it might have changed.
