Lightroom 3 Question

Hi, I have lost the minimise option on Lightroom. I know the F key will scroll through various screen modes ~ but it's not that. I have the green and red button but the yellow to minimise is there but not coloured and not working....

..anyone know how I've lost it and what to do to get it back!
