Lightroom 5 on Sierra?

Hello everyone

I am a hobby photographer and I am using Lightroom 5 on my iMac. I am currently running El Capitan but would like to keep up (somewhat) with OS upgrades. Frankly, the only thing holding me back now is Lightroom 5 support. I am reading somewhat mixed stories about whether this works or not. So I am wondering if anyone is still using Lightroom 5 and have upgraded to Sierra, and if so, what your experiences are?
