On Lightroom, there's a feature that allows you to apply the same effects on a photo that you did with the previous photo. Recently switching to Aperture, I can't seem to find this function.

Any help?

You can 'lift' and then 'stamp' adjustments - it's a kind of clipboard for image effects.
 
Command + Shift + C lift modifications of photos. You then get a HUD where you can selectively delete things (e. g. if you don't want to copy the rating and the rotation, but only the changes to white balance and exposure). Then select the photos you want change and press Command + Shift + V. Easy as pie :)
