Okay, so I love my new Uni MBP. But, today i was running off of the battery and all of the sudden my keyboard just went black. When i hit F6 to increase the brightness it showed a circle with a line through it. When I re-booted the problem seemed to be fixed, but after about 10 min. of usage it happened again.

**NOTE: All of the dim settings in energy saver are turned off. I have it set to run at high performance when running on battery. Also the battery was at 91%.

Does anyone have a solution?

Secret of the backlit keyboard: You can adjust brightness, you can force it off.....but if the light sensor determines it should be off, there is NO manual override to get it back on.

Until you download Lab Tick. Made just for this purpose. Check it out.
