Hi, today I purchased the Soundtech LightSnake Cable that allows me to plug my guitar into my Macbook Pro. I plugged one end of the cable into the guitar and the other into the usb slot on the side of my macbook. The directions said that i have to go into system preferences, sound, highlight input, and select Unknown USB Audio Device. The cable should have a green light turn on, too. When I try to do this, the cable doesn't light up at all and I don't see the Unknown USB Audio Device in the input section at all. I've tried replugging it in, restarting, and going onto their forums for troubleshooting. Apparently, two other guys have the same problem without a solution. I'm using iLife 11 and Mac OSX version 10.6.4. Can anyone help me?
