AFAIK, there is nothing that gives you file system access without needing something to be installed on the mac itself.
Once you have PwnTunes installed, you can copy music into /private/var/mobile/Media/My Music using iFunBox for Mac which is free and can be downloaded from here : http://ifunboxmac.com/
