Likelihood iPhone 5 cases will be compatible w/ new iPhone?

Basically what the title says. If I buy a case now, how likely is it that it'll fit/conform to a new iPhone in a month or so?
 
Hard to say. If they make even minor changes to volume buttons or power button, it would make the current cases useless.
