Hi All,
My name is Andrew Groom and I'm an independent developer from New Zealand. I've just released my first game, Lil'Bug, so if you could check it out and let me know what you think, that'd be much appreciated. It's a little different in that it features a combination of tilting and tapping to make Lil'Bug fly.
You can find Lil' Bug at:
http://itunes.apple.com/nz/app/lilbug/id384367496?mt=8
It features a ladybug who is is intent on munching his fill of flowers, which is how he collects points and energy. He flies around by a combination of tapping (to get height) and tilting (to move left and right.) As he moves he uses up energy, so must either eat or rest in order to regain his strength.
Different colored flowers give Lil'Bug energy to keep flying and are worth different points. Once a certain number of points is reached, a frog comes out, complete with flies. Lil' Bug gains extra points for consuming flies, but must avoid the frog or loses a life. (You start the game with 3 lives.) Once a certain number of points are gained, a spider turns up and, again, contact with him means you lose a life. All is not lost though because there are chances to win back a life when you catch a star.
Very cute graphics of memorable characters, as well as catchy music by Jeramiah Ross of Bird Strike fame.

Promo codes are available in this thread.

I'd love to hear your feedback and if you could leave a review, that'd be great.
Cheers, Andrew.
