Limewire not connecting

hey all..
ever since the 10.5.4 update of mac os x. i have not been able to establish a connection to limewire.. any thoughts? yes i know acquisition may be better but i like limewire..

any thoughts on whats wrong? ive tried fixing everything wrong in my routers settings i could find wrong,

start using torrents

Torrents are better option.I have Frostwire in case i want to download a song and not an entire album.Only for that.
