limewire question.

since i downloaded limewire it automatically opens whenever i start up my PB???
has anyone else had that problem?
its' most annoying when i am not online.
i've re-installed limewire a couple times and the issue keeps poppin up.
i've since declined to download it until i find a solution.

any thoughts?

Here's how you fix it, but I'm not at my mac, so it might be a little off:

Go to system preferences, click on accounts, click on your user account, cick startup items, and uncheck Limewire.

That should do it...

i'll try that thanks.
another thing, when i had limewire.
whenever i opened it, it took about 10-15 min for the program to start.
for example:
as soon as limewire opens, i am able to enter the search fields but it quickly freezes and does not let me enter anything.
i minimize the window and if i open it the whole window is blank, until 10-15 min pass, then everything is ok.
very weird.
