Limit AirPlay to the iPod app?

Hi everybody,

I just got my first iPad, and I want to use it to stream music to my airport express. Now when I select the airplay speakers in the iPod app, all other apps stream their sound as well, especially games, which sounds bad due to the encoding delay.

Is there a way to limit airplay use to certain apps, so that games still use the internal speaker?
